Pop Stars: Attractive Women Who Use Men.

This post is dedicated to all you so called “hotties” out there.
A friend and I came up with this new term to categorize certain women. They are called “Pop Stars”. What is a Pop Star? A Pop Star is an attractive women that acts like your best friend when she needs something and as soon as she gets it, you no longer exist.
I work in the Information Technology industry and provide support for end users at a corporation in the fashion industry. There are plenty of pop stars that work there. These women will literally treat you like their best friend and give you flirty looks and smiles. Then once you resolved their issue they will ignore you. I have went out of my way to help some of these girls and then 15 minutes later walk by them in the hall way and they didn’t even look at me.
I find this slightly offensive. It makes me feel used and less willing to help people in the future. Why do women act this way? Is it because they know they can get away with it? Maybe. Think about this way, when a women is attractive all her life she has been dealing with men making advances at her since she was young. Over time she will learn that by using her looks she can get what she wants. After years of this tactic I am sure it becomes the norm in her life.
A women knows within seconds if a man is attracted to her and she can manipulate him easily with her sexuality. It is just like having ANYTHING that someone else wants, you can manipulate that person. Women simply have to act like they are attracted to the man and he will pretty much do what she wants. Then once she gets what she wants there is no need to pretend anymore.
So what does this say about the woman who acts this way? Is she shallow, flaky, rude, materialistic and manipulative? Or is she intelligent, competitive and aggressive. What do you think?

The question is…Why do men go out of there way to help a “Pop Star”? I know it’s because they hope that one day they may get a chance to hit it! Maybe it’s just a fantasy, but the idea of it is what initiates the extra effort.
Is the same effort put forth for the not so pretty women / girls? And more importantly do you acknowledge these “not so pretty” or “dogs”(if you wanna keep it real) when they need some help? I think not.
This industry is full of flaky, plastic, rude biatches! If I had a dollar for every person (men included) that walked passed me as if there was no one there, I’d be a multi millionaire. Understand that not everyone knows the meaning of being polite.
This is a society of people who watch shows like “Gossip Girl”, “The Hills” and want to live vicariously through Paris Hilton.
My advise is stop thinking with your %&*$ when it comes to helping these people!

Good Point. I agree that this society is full of plastic people and television shows do help breed this type of mentaility. It is also true that men have a hard time blocking the little head from making decisions for the big head.
I personally am going to try to resist this for now on.

PREACH PREACH PREACH….. I’m sick of these female douche bags myself and am very glad you brought this up in your blog. I can’t tell you how or what they are thinking, but you are right when you mentioned that about “not wanting to help them any more”. we’re not trying to FK you. Is a “HI” while passing in the hall way too much to ask? A simple acknowledgement that you exist too much to ask? If it is, than don’t come MY WAY and act all fken sweet unless you want D*CK… be your rude a$$ self because we’re gonna remember how childish you were when crossing paths and gonna ignore that A$$ (even if it fine and irresistable)… WURD “pop stars”. The revolution has begun…
